For billing, cancellation, refund, case, or privacy-rights requests, use your signed-in Vanishly dashboard so we can verify the account and avoid exposing sensitive details in ordinary email.

Vanishly does not currently handle intimate-image removal, dark-web monitoring, AI-generated impersonation, legal representation, or identity-theft recovery. Do not submit intimate images. Adults can use StopNCII.org. If the depicted person was under 18 when the image was created, use NCMEC’s Take It Down service or CyberTipline.
Identity theft
If someone is using your identity, contact affected banks and account providers immediately. In the United States, IdentityTheft.gov provides an official report and recovery plan. Consider fraud alerts or credit freezes where appropriate.
Immediate danger
Vanishly does not provide emergency response. If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 911 in the United States or contact the emergency service where you are located.
What not to send
Never submit passwords, authentication codes, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, government-ID images, intimate images, malware, or material you are not authorized to share.
